building brand awareness and preference
With team5pm as its partner, Croma aims to build brand awareness and preference among consumers aged 25-40. The agency will help establish a consistent online presence, with a particular focus on TikTok and video content.
Using its data-driven approach, team5pm identified untapped opportunities in the FMCG sector, which convinced Croma and led to this collaboration.
“The combination of data and creativity offered by team5pm greatly appeals to us. We believe this approach is exactly what we need to create content that perfectly meets the needs of our target audience and distinguishes us from the competition,” says Fleur van den Brink, Sr. Brand Manager at Croma.
The partnership began in December 2024 with the development of a strategy and will be followed by monthly video productions. team5pm will manage the entire process – from concept and content creation to community management – supported by their proprietary SEO-tool topictree.
“Croma is a brand with a rich heritage, and we are proud to be their partner in reaching younger audiences,” says Lorenz de Valk, Client Service Director at team5pm. “Like many, I grew up with Croma in my grandparents’ kitchen, so it feels very special to be helping this iconic brand connect with a new generation.”
